Best
Lots of trust, independence and you're seen as equal to other colleagues.
Worst
It's a big jump from 6th form when you read about something and apply it, or you have a teacher supervising you and telling you what to do. You don't have that here, you have to seek help because no one is going to chase you.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000

Practise as many competency questions as you can - using the STAR method.
We did our assessment centre online due to covid so it may differ to yours, but in the assessment days make sure to clearly spell out your thought process behind why you did what you did - remember assessors can't read your mind.
