What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The people. The team and everyone I've met so far in Severn Trent are all brilliant. They're more than willing to help out and everyone is so easy to work with which creates a great working environment.
Worst
If I absolutely had to choose a negative I would say that spreadsheets can get tedious and in the role I chose they are very prominent. This isn't too bad however as SNT's are expected to leave the office to go perform tasks on site which varies things enough for spreadsheets to be less of a chore.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £15,000 - £17,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be prepared for a lengthy application process. Although it takes a while it is well thought out and easy to understand.
Do you have any interview tips?
You may be asked to perform a scenario with one of the interviewers as well as a group activities with the other people applying for the position. As well as this you may be asked to prepare a presentation.
