Balance between work and uni academic learning.
Good company culture.

This is the first year my programme is being run so a few issues have had to be ironed out.
Travel into London can sometimes be tiring but it is worth it.

Work well in a team and propose points and solutions that will be remembered by the interviewers. Listen attentively to any questions asked and answer them clearly and comprehensively.
