What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The coworkers are fantastic to work with and very supportive when help is needed on a task.
Worst
I've had some fairly bad experiences with education here, not necessarily at fault of the company but more with how apprentices are handled at the college conducting the course. I hope this improves as apprenticeships become more supported, but at current some institutions often mishandle them.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Try to prepare methods to make yourself stand out from other applicants, having interest in the company or job role is one simple method but can really help. Others are personal projects related to the role, or extra qualifications or experience that others may not have.
Do you have any interview tips?
Definitely prepare some background knowledge on the company, as that can sometimes come up during the interview.
