What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

- Flexibility in working from home and the office.
- Flexible working hours.
- The fact that I can put my technical skills to use in order to solve problems.
- The amount of people I can learn from.
- The fact that I can build software solutions and learn about how to do so better.
- Learning opportunities.

Worst

- Degree learning can be quite easy to disconnect from, as you always have to remind yourself to get round to it. There's not much events in the workplace that reminds you to get to it.
- Some projects or work just doesn't sound as innovative as I want it to be in terms of the use of technology.

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be authentic about what you've done, and dive deep into your past history. Anything you have done that is relatable to the role you're applying to whether big or small that can contribute to advertising yourself is worth it.

Do you have any interview tips?

Prepare a good amount of time on a presentation ready to answer questions they may give to you on earlier emails. Always ask what questions or points you should consider before the interview, and also do a lot of interview preparation.
