What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The opportunity to work in different teams and to try out different areas of law. The responsibility of running your own matters and communicating with clients.
Worst
I wouldn't say there was a bad thing about my role, the only thing I would say is that it is hard getting the work/study/social life balance just right, but this comes with time.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest especially when asked competency questions. Don't be afraid to brag about yourself, you're there to show them what you have to offer the company.
Do you have any interview tips?
A lot of the questions were surrounding competency, so it helps to bring in examples from previous weekend jobs or even babysitting.
