What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The flexi-time, the senior colleagues who are always available for advice and in depth coaching. The learning adn progression opportunities within the company.
Worst
Flexi-time can be a burden when we are really busy as we are expected to go home once the work is done. It is sometimes hard to maintain a good work-life balance.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest about your prior experience. I did not have Chemistry A-Level and I was still accepted on to the degree course.
Do you have any interview tips?
Try to be as much yourself as possible, while showing you have done your research on the company by checking their website. Maybe have a question at the end of the interview ready asking about the wider business.
