What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
I am continuing to learn on a daily basis, whilst earning money, getting a degree (all paid for, no student debt!) and networking with the people that will help me to continue to grow within my career to high ranking jobs.
Worst
Sometimes there are non busy days due to a drop in demand in the consumption of our customers produce, these are sometimes then long days as not much work is required (this is not a regular occurrence).
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Have a well presented CV, and make sure to focus on extra curriculum activities outside of how good your results are from GCSE to A level. In an apprenticeship its key to show that you have people skills and are interested in growing other skills as well as your education.
Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure to be highly verbal without making yourself look too arrogant, if there are any team activities make sure to get involved and potentially try to take some leadership over the exercise. During your one-to-one do not feel afraid to ask questions as this will display interest in the role you are applying for, contrasting that, make sure to do your research about the role and company you are applying for prior to the interview.
