What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

There are lots of friendly co-workers that are more than willing to help you in whatever you need, there is a very good 4 day work/life balance and the place is very accessible with most forms of travel (primarily public transport). The place is nice and open as well with plenty of coffee to survive the week.

Worst

When you start getting into things proper, things tend to be very slow or very sporadic with no in between (Such is the life with any job). You will also be dealing with the service desk for various reasons which can be a tad tedious. But nothing overtly bad about this place
