What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Team work is the best thing for me. Coming to work looking forward to working with the ISG team.
They understand that your just an apprentice and have university work to do as well. Which is nice as you can ask if you need time to do uni work that are understanding.
Worst
There can be a lot of pressure as tasks can build up quickly and it seems like you have so much to do in such little time. However, If you keep at it, you can used to working like that which makes it easier.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself, They don't want AAA students they want down to earth people with good work ethics.
Have an interest in construction.
