What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The way I am treated as an employee and the relationship I enjoy with my team and colleagues. Opportunities to be involved in large projects and get an insight into the industry and the country.
Worst
Tough. I don’t think I have any gripes or complaints in particular.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
As a company, GT place more value on the individual when hiring. Having relevant qualifications for the role is good but having a can do attitude and showing a willingness to get stuck in is very important.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself. An emphasis on your personal values and how you believe that would tie in with the values of the company. Be enthusiastic and show genuine interest in the industry/role you’re applying for. Mention any transferable or similar experiences you’ve had which relate to the role.
