What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The team is very helpful and the work I get to do is very varied which is brilliant.
Worst
Occasionally being a trainee, the work can become repetitive but there are many other things going on that can keep you interested.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Don’t put too much on your CV. I came in straight out of A levels so only used one page to cover the necessary information. It’s important to be concise as having to know 5 pages of information before interviewing someone is a pain.
Do you have any interview tips?
Calm down, not everything has to be 100% formal although I would suggest you dress formally. The first part of the interview is an assessment centre, say everything you think out loud as even if it isn’t used it can show off what you know. The assessment centre is also really enjoyable, so try to have fun.
