What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
• The job I do is a mixture of working inside and outside which means I'm never stuck in the office for long hours.
• It's an incredibly rewarding job in regards to that you can physically see the project developing, I am yet to experience the feeling of project completion but I'm looking forward to experiencing it.
• Not every day is the same and there is always something to be learnt.
Worst
• Working in cold conditions.
• Long hours.
• Mistakes can be costly.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest and put every little bit of experience/ anything you've done no matter how big or small.
Do you have any interview tips?
My interview involved doing team building activities, I was informed that I need to come out of my shell more. So my advice would be to not let any nerves or self-esteem issues get in the way. Stand out, ask questions and get involved.
