Teamwork culture, a lot of responsibility, the importance of my job, a key member of the team, good pay.

Being a Trainee, very easy to put on weight due to sitting down working from a chair all day.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
You get thrown into the deep end, it's a very steep learning curve and you'll never know everything so just relax.
