I get to work with many different people, make decisions and solve problems that come up on site

It can be difficult sometimes to manage many different tasks at once however, once you have finished those tasks it feels rewarding.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
When applying for an apprenticeship, link your experiences to skills related to the role. Research the company you are applying for before applying and align your application and CV with the company and job role.
Do you have any interview tips?
Rather than practicing and memorising answers to every interview question possible, I found it easier to think of multiple scenarios where I demonstrated things like teamwork, learning from mistakes, leadership, and other skills, then when asked a question focus on the parts from your experience that are linked to what is being asked. Practicing interview questions is still important to make sure that you are confident with doing this.
