What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I like the flexibility, although my weekdays feel like my days are just spent at work, I am still able to finish at 4pm, and have the rest of the afternoon/evening to do what I desire along with weekends and bank holidays off which with some jobs that isn't the case, along with annual leave and occasional half days and days off.

Nonetheless, the workload is most definitely manageable. It is all in the mindset that you put yourself in and if I'm in the right mindset and am thinking positive, I am then able to get a lot of work done in a day and find my tasks enjoyable.

Worst

Personally, if I feel as if I don't like something I will try my best to change it or always remain positive and open mined regarding it. Because your job is no longer fun and feels draining if you think of the potential worst things of your job.

It's important to always remain positive and even if there are things that you may not particularly like (which is extremely common) then you should do your best and the things that you do prefer but still try your best at the things that you don't and get the job done in the end as that is the overall goal.
