What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The best things about my job is that I am learning about the Insurance market as well as gaining experience in the market. In addition, the work environment and colleagues are both positives to my job as I get along with the people I work with and therefore, work well as a team.
Worst
Currently, the worst things about my job is the working from home situation. This is because I am missing out on experiences not having face to face meetings and missing out on interactions in the office.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
To portray your strengths and how they are relevant to the role you are applying for. Also, to ensure you answer each question fully with examples of how you are a good fit to the role.
Do you have any interview tips?
A few tips I would give to somebody about to have an interview is to be confident when talking to the interviewer. This will come across well as being confident will lead to better communication. Also. ensure that the person applying for the role has prepared some facts and figures about the Company they are applying for as in most interviews one of the questions is likely to be "what do you know about the company" or "what makes you want to work here". Make sure you have read the job description and think of examples for each task you may be completing.
