Firstly, the team I collaborate with exudes professionalism, boasting extensive experience as coded welders in the industry. Their wealth of knowledge has been invaluable to my growth. Secondly, the workshop is well-equipped, and if I require additional tools, I'm typically provided with them upon presenting a valid reason. Moreover, the work hours, particularly in the factory where I'm stationed, are favorable, allowing me to maintain a healthy work-life balance with consistent weekday finishes at 4pm, and even earlier on Fridays at 3:30pm. Furthermore, Cadent Gas encourages career advancement by offering opportunities to explore different disciplines post-qualification. This commitment to employee development makes Cadent Gas stand out as one of the finest companies I've had the pleasure of working for.

Navigating certain procedures can be a bit cumbersome at times. For instance, our restricted selection of approved vendors can make procuring necessary items a challenge, often resulting in lengthy delivery times. As a result, we're sometimes compelled to seek alternative options that may not be the most ideal fit for our needs.
