Be yourself.
Out of all interviewees, I believe I ranked near the top for the interview section of the assessment process. I spent half of my time talking about industrial experience but also half of my time about personal experiences. They are looking for a leader who is critically marked against a leadership blueprint. One of the main cornerstones of this marking scheme is that a leader 'does the right thing', this is conveyed in both personal and professional environments.
