What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The best thing is the company environment, support is always available when needed, community events are frequent etc. It can be hard to feel a part of a consultancy business when working on a client site, but Ten10 manage this very well.

Worst

Wages are relatively low compared to the wider industry, but in-line with most grad schemes so I would assume this is a common issue with 3rd party work. Similarly, the quality of experience makes up for the low wage.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Do not be disheartened if you don't feel suited to the job, Ten10 will find ways to develop you.

Do you have any interview tips?

Confidence, be talkative and approachable, whilst also listening and reacting to those around you. Consulting is largely about these soft skills, supplemented with technical knowledge, but the base as an applicant is to show you have the soft skills required. The technical know-how can be developed over time.
