What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

- Be honest and yourself - they can see straight through any fabrications and would like people to be themselves.
- Be creative, if you want to do something unusual in the application then go for it. I really feel that creativity is key for this role.

Do you have any interview tips?

- Be friendly and willing to listen.
- Be as relaxed as possible - the environment at AMV is very friendly and not very corporate. Don't feel you need to wear a fancy suit, wear what you like to wear.
- No one is trying to trick you. People in the agency are just interested in the way you think. There is no wrong answer as long as you support your ideas and are willing to discuss them further.
