I love that my job is autonomous, diverse, fast-paced, challenging, engaging, evolving and has constant support through training, development and progression.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Don't write or say what you think the answer is, or what you feel they want to hear. At this entry level, you aren't expected to know the answers but you are supposed to be able to convey your personality - so be honest.
Do you have any interview tips?
Obvious questions are adverts you like, or thoughts of current discussions in the industry, or commenting on your CV and skills. But I was also asked obscure things like my favorite film, where I saw myself in 10 years time, what I did for pleasure / what my interests were.
