What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The people, the creativity, everyone here is incredible at their job and it is an honour to work around such amazing people. Everyone from our office management to our ECD's is lovely.
The work benefits are also amazing.
Worst
The salary - sometimes don't feel it is high enough for the level and amount of work we do but this is a company-wide thing.

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself, answer honestly - authenticity is really important. Don't be afraid to be different!
Do you have any interview tips?
Again, be yourself and be relaxed. It is not a formal working environment so the interviews should not be too formal, more like a conversation. The interviewer just needs to enjoy talking to you - it is less about what you say and more about how you say it and how you 'turn up'
