What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The work itself isn't too difficult and with a bit of practice and experience you are able to get on with it pretty well. The hours are not too demanding and senior management tries to push a healthy work life balance agenda.

Worst

The pay is not the best!
During busy periods, you can find yourself working quite late and there is no trade off as the pay is so low.
Being the most junior person in the room always brings its own challenges. I find that at times my opinions are ignored and not taken into consideration. It is also quite difficult to find things to feel like your work is adding any value as you are left with the admin work.
