What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be prepared for a rollercoaster. The highs will be amazing and the benefits are great. Just make sure you take your application seriously and come across like you've put thought into your application and what the job entails.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be relaxed, focussed, do your prep work and most importantly be a team player for the assessment centre. This job is all about how well you fit into a team more than anything else.
