What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Take time over your written application. Make sure your personality comes through, but don't over-do it - it's obvious when you're faking it. It's difficult if you're still at university and are amidst writing dissertations/essays, but make sure you don't write in academic speak - it's not the language we use day to day and it'll make the readers' life harder.
Do you have any interview tips?
It's all about preparation. Make sure you know the clients/work/campaigns/new business wins/Senior management etc. Have a favourite campaign and a worst from the company up your sleeve. Learn the ad-speak/lingo. Have fun and enjoy it!
