Best
Great work/life balance. Lots of fun activities and the people are generally very good.
Worst
Some of the work can be mundane and over complicated. Very process driven which limits creative thinking.

Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000
Current salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Show yourself to be a fun person. A lot of this role is about maintaining good relationships with media owners and clients alike. Skills can be taught, personality cannot.

Take some time to think about how advertising campaigns actually work. Think about how they connect and try to show that you can be analytical in your thinking.
