What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Have an open mind. Admittedly this is not something I envisaged doing whilst I was at University. However having an open approach from the beginning has paid off and has offered me a real career with great progression opporunities
Do you have any interview tips?
1) BE YOURSELF!
If you're not yourself at interview stage, you'll end up somewhere that doesn't suit your character and skills. This is a golden rule!
2) Don't pretend to know everything! - There's nothing wrong with saying "Sorry I don't know" - of course you should always be prepared for an interview, but no one likes a know-it-all! You'll look a lot more foolish making something up than if you told the truth and admitted you didn't know.
