What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I entered Computacenter through the Associate Programme. This is a fantastic way to enter the business as you get the opportunity to spend 18 months getting to truly understand the business and get to know those within it. My advice would certainly be to apply! During the interview process and the role itself, make sure you stay the person you really are and ask questions!
Do you have any interview tips?
Be confident and make sure you put your points across during the group exercises. Use the opportunity to ask any questions you may have; it's not very often you get the chance to have time with a CEO/MD/Directors of a FTSE250 company.
