What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Show a varied background. Being involved in teams helps, our job is very team based. Also show, demonstrable the ability to learn but also show you have a personality.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be very prepared. See it as a sales meeting, know everything you can about the organisation.
Show enthusiasm, drive and determination. Don't be a wall flower, however at the same time temper any arrogance. It's good to be confident but there can be a fine line in turning that into arrogance. Don't worry too much about understanding the technology, be more concerned about showing a desire to learn and deliver a great service to our customers.
