What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I advise people to just be themselves, leap29 is like a family everybody is very welcoming so just let your personality come through. Also be prepared to work hard and gain the rewards, if you want a company who rewards your hard work then this is the right company for you.
Do you have any interview tips?
I was very honest in my interview, having finished a degree in Criminology and Law I was not expecting to join a recruitment company. It was due to work as a course rep that made think this could be a good position for me.
When questioned about my reasoning for joining Leap29 instead of following a Criminology career, I simply explained how much i enjoyed my rep responsibilities and that gave me many transferable skills that could be used in recruitment.
