Try to push why you want to work in both this line of business and for this company. What is it that attracts you to the roll. Despite its reputation, the pensions industry has a lot of genuinely interesting aspects to it and given the current climate of change after the 2014 budget, there is a great deal going on that you might want to refer to in an application.
