What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Get a very clear idea of the development plan, along with time-frames. It helps to set yourself goals and also gives you a real idea of the type of qualities you will need within the role. Ask what clients you will be working on.
Do you have any interview tips?
Prepare an alternative way to give your CV. Mine was a presentation and I included a picture of me and my old hockey team (hockey made up a lot of my extra-curricular activity). I then asked my prospective bosses to find me - the quickest one wins!
