What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Throughout the Allianz Management Scheme, I've been privileged to work amongst very supportive and caring colleagues. I am currently involved in extremely technical matters and having to express my opinions alongside senior management of the company. The exposure I've had will certainly help to pave my way to great career opportunities. I have enjoyed the diversity of this scheme and the exposure to different parts of the business, enabling me to really understand how it functions and where we can improve. This is exactly the objective every management scheme should be designed to achieve.

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000
