What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Varied workday working with different people. Relaxed office culture and flexible working hours meaning you can arrive later/earlier and leave later/earlier depending on preference. Space for self-development and improving your competencies. Good company culture.

Worst

Desk based apart from trips out. Can be quite task-based, but the role is what you make of it, so the more you put in the more you get out.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:00

Finish: 16:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself and make sure you research the off-price model well and the company and its competitors as many of the questions (both during the application and when you get to the assessment centre) will touch on this.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself and enjoy the interview. Questions are the regular questions you would expect in a process like this in addition to questions about the company itself. Make sure you are fully informed about the company and it's different companies - i.e. Homesense and TK Maxx and try and go to a store near to the interview.
