What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
There are so many people here from different academic backgrounds so even if you don't have a 'retail' background, play on your strengths and what you can bring to the role. Hone in on the skills you've developed through university, as well as through part-time jobs etc.
Do you have any interview tips?
TK Maxx is hugely different from other retailers, so to have some knowledge of how we differ from the mainstream will really help get you into the mind set for the assessment days.
I was asked where I saw TJX Europe in the next 5 years? My biggest flaws, but also where I felt I excelled.
