What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Flexible work hours around a core time.
Being a Team Player is really valued, people are not overly competitive and genuinely nice here.
The hierarchies are obviously there but everyone is treated the same.
The internationality of the office and business.
The flexibility of the business model means there is always a space for your ideas and projects. Also, there is not a day that looks like another.
Progression is relatively fast.

Worst

Starting salary is okay, but not great.
There is a lot to learn at the beginning that is specific to only this business (Jargon, Routines, Business model etc) so not transferable and everyone starts at zero.
Resilience and flexibility are required, also learning a lot fast.
