What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
I love this job - it's basically my dream job. The best thing is that it's not very bureaucratic centric like other big companies I've worked for. You have a lot of influence over what happens in your department and are trusted to make those decisions, whilst always having support if you need it as everyone is so lovely! Also, the emphasis on getting out and looking at our shop and competitors is always great to switch it up.
Worst
The benefits package I think is quite weak compared to other companies.

Start: 09:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Doesn't matter what it is, but think about anything that shows you have transferable skills for what they're looking for. If it's not work-related it'll still make you stand out.
Do you have any interview tips?
It's quite a people-centric culture which is great; be yourself and be as friendly as possible. Read the email they send to you beforehand thoroughly - they're trying to tell you what to prepare so don't waste it!
