What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

There is a lot of ownership given from day 1 - you are trusted to make decisons about your business.

The people that you work with make the job 100x more enjoyable, able to have a laugh and work in an informal environment whislt still getting the work done. The attitude of 'holding hands' whilst taking risks is also very comforting especially when you're new to a job role.

Worst

There is a lot of ownership given from day 1 - you are trusted to make decisons about your business; this is a good thing but can also feel very overwhemling whislt you're still learning. It is made harder by working from home as it can feel very isolating at times.

Job can become very monotonous at times; doing the same admin based tasks each day/week is not only time consuming but also very mundane.

Can be high stress with quick turnarounds, (business is ever changing) when you're new to role this can feel stressful and difficult to know what to prioritise.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Current salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:00

Finish: 16:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Read about the company before hand, including what the 'off price' model is, how it works and the culture of the company.

Do you have any interview tips?

The job places a heavy focus on the culture of the company - focus on this more so than the technical side of the role.

Think about the kind of workplace you would benefit from (e.g flexible hours / high stress environments etc.) and don't be afraid to ask questions around these things.

If you're interested in buying - ask specific questions about progression / the role etc. to find out more from the people that work in the business.
