What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Being able to work with different people around the business from buying and retail. Knowing you had an impact on sales with your shipping strategies.
Worst
Difficult conversations can be frustrating and its a lot of work to get building relationships. Some weeks can be really tough but its all about how you bounce back from that.

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Current salary: £29,000 - £31,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be confident and ask questions back. Understanding the difference between full price and off price retail.
