-In the video interview, be enthusiastic, positive and articulate - it doesn't matter so much what you say, more how you say it!

-Don't try to be the first one to speak, interrupt or disregard others. Teamwork is important rather than individual ability
-Don't be afraid to give an opinion
-Think about what you say and how you say it in order to earn the respect of the others in the team exercises
