What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The people that you work with, the support you receive, the freedom to shape your day the way that best suits you, the exposure you get to all parts of the business, the enthusiasm of the people around you and the inclusive behaviour you receive from everyone no matter their job title, the benefits you receive because your work is valued.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 09:00

Finish: 17:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

It is challenging and practice is very important in terms of the online tests but they give you a good amount of time in which to complete them. I am an internal applicant so in that respect I would suggest that you get involved in everything you can, relationships are incredibly important in this business so the more people you know and more experience you gain will only help you as you build your career.

Do you have any interview tips?

Again I would suggest you practice with lots of different people from different levels and jobs. Try and be as relaxed as possible and have some ideas (that you have thought through) and some of your achievements up your sleeve.
