What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do your research and talk about your previous experience/education whilst displaying your passion for the role and the company!
Don't be daunted by the online tests and the video interview - but practice for the tests as much as possible before and prepare for the video interview with a good knowledge of the company and the function you are applying to.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be confident throughout the day at the assessment centre. Don't be afraid to have an opinion but manage respectfully the opinion of others. In your interview - show curiosity and ask lots of questions.
