What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
If you want to do management consulting, apply to Process Excellence and Change Enablement (the management consulting arm), and highlight on your CV your interest in business, as many people apply thinking that they will be doing management consulting, and end up in tech consulting.

Be very rational and logical in your answers to questions. Do NOT try to dominate the group exercises. Be considerate.
