What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Prepare for your interviews. There are two areas you need to cover, personal experiences and RBS (history and department you're applying to). Have a list of good personal experiences, challenges etc. they will ask you to mention at least 3 in the telephone interview, and even more in the assessment center. Secondly, you need to know a bit about your department, what they do, what they could potentially be working on in the future, things like ApplePay etc. You also need to know the history of RBS, especially the other brands within the RBS Group. Mentioning Williams and Glynn, the new bank RBS will create this year would be a very good point to bring up!

Do you have any interview tips?

Keep calm, don't need to be too formal. Keep in mind that if you are prepared, you will pass the interview, so don't be nervous.
