What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Fully consider why you want to be employed at a company. This should be more than a financial decision when you are in the early stages of a career. You should consider all aspects of the company in a balanced way. From experience, I tend to do my best work when I am enjoying it.
Do you have any interview tips?
It may seem cliché, but be yourself. It will become apparent very quickly if you suit the company you are interviewing for. You should be setting yourself up for success.
Be prepared. Understand the business, clients, markets, history and basic drivers of the company you are interviewing for.
