You'll enjoy this job if you like problem solving and have a logical approach to things, and enjoy working with other like-minded people. No prior experience is required so don't be put off if you aren't very technical, you can learn everything on the job!

Just relax, don't panic and think through your answers carefully. It doesn't matter if you make mistakes as long as you're open about them and can articulate, discuss what went wrong and why.
