International experience is highly valued as MUFG likes to hire candidates with a wide variety of backgrounds; thus show and be ready to discuss any such experiences. Familiarise yourself with MUFG values and think how your values are aligned to them.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself! The AC is a fun day, no need to stress over it. Good leadership skills valued, and candidates who were ready to take initiative went far. Be ready to discuss any international and previous work experience in detail. Make sure you know what is going on in the market, e.g. macro events and recent deals, if relevant to the position you're applying for.
