You need to have a genuine interest in technology and how it works, or a desire to learn. A background in technology is not necessary.
Do you have any interview tips?
Really show your interest in learning and self development. Don't try and just say what you think they want to here. Don't feel put off if others on the assessment day seem very technically adept, the job role is about far much more than that.
