What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I love the company. Because the graduate scheme is small in comparison to other banks- the graduates get a lot of exposure. This means that anyone is so willing to answer any of my questions and will happily give me 30 mins to explain something (no matter how silly my question is!)

Worst

It can be difficult to get genuine feedback as to how I'm performing.

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:40

Finish: 18:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself- they're not necessarily looking for someone who has huge amounts of technical knowledge, they're also very focused on 'soft skills'.

Do you have any interview tips?

I wasn't asked any technical questions, but instead questions about scenarios. Eg. can you give an example of where you have had to make a difficult decision.
